Striking Events run events across the country, big and small, and we sometimes need a little extra help on the day, and we turn to wonderful volunteers to help us put on a show and put smiles on faces! We are looking for those people wanting to try something a little bit different, who can spare us a day of their time, and hopefully have some fun!
Jobs can range from scanning tickets, helping man the front desk, operating our 360 spin (training provided) and generally being on hand to help with set up and break down. Hours depend on the event but roughly begin at 7am through to 5-7pm.
We offer a set amount to cover expenses (amount will be confirmed prior to event chosen for), snacks and water. Plus other perks at our discretion.

Horrorfied Crew Volunteers
Thank you for considering volunteering for the Horrorfied event. By sending your details to the email address below, answering all the questions we will add you to the potential crew list that we will then make a final selection from.
Simply applying for crew at this stage is not a guarantee you’ll be selected, even if you have previously crewed for the event.
For this event only we will be offering a £50 expense payment per day, a crew t-shirt, snacks and water. Other benefits may be offered closer to the event, once finalised.
We will make the final selection by 6th March and will contact you if you are successful. We will always email as our preferred means of contact. Please do not email asking for updates before this date.
For Horrorfied you will need to be on site for 7am ready to go on both Saturday and Sunday, and be available potentially up to 1 hour after close on Saturday and up to 3 hours on Sunday to help break the show down. Only apply if this is something you’ll be able to cover.
Please answer ALL the questions, to enable us to best understand your experience and location as a first step in the process. Previous experience is by no means neccessary to be selected, but obviously it can be a good thing to know!
Due to Government guidelines regarding volunteering on weekends we are unable to offer any roles to anyone under 18, by sending us an email you are confirming you are 18 and over.
