As our exhibitors you are hugely valued by us! It is our mission to make sure the show is both fun and as financially lucrative as it can be for you.
Therefore, we have following in place :
– Low price of £55-£95 per table with chair provided (price option dependant on venue)
– £10 per backing table (Please book in advance or bring your own for free)
– Just a £20 deposit per table to secure your space. Balance can be paid on the day.
– Flat loading and plenty of parking at all venues unless specifically say otherwise.
– FREE Loading and unloading service. If you need help then we will unload your vehicle at the start of the day and re-load it at the end! Some of us are getting older, me included, or injured and so let several young, trusted and strapping humans do the heavy lifting for you! (Please let us know in advance if you would like to use this service).
– Aftersales follow up : With your permission we will get photos or video of your stall later in the day and upload to our facebook so that people who missed the event, or regretted not picking something up, can have a second chance to see what you have!
– Personal service at all times. It will always be Zoe or I you speak to regarding any issues or for booking your tables.
– Proper gaps of at least 2 foot between each exhibitors space to get in and out from.
– No corner tables obscuring one another.
– No actors signing and taking money away from what could be spent on your table!
– Unloading from 7am, giving 3 hours to set up.
– Finish at 4pm so you can be home for tea!
HOW TO BOOK A TABLE / STAND:
E-mail us on markandzoe@strikingevents.com and let us know your name, phone number and how many tables you would like, plus any other useful info. We will then come back to you with confirmation and to arrange deposit.
Call us on 07771 893 428 and we can talk through things with you and get you booked in over the phone.
When booking you only need to pay a deposit of £20 per table with the balance payable at the event. This can be done by Paypal, credit / debit card or bank transfer. Of course, if you would like to make full payment on booking that is also very welcome!
